To recruit, hire and train staff sufficient to prepare and serve a minimum of two meals/weekday for all staff and students desiring to purchase them.
To insure the kitchen and kitchen staff meet all governmental health regulations pertaining to food service.
To plan quality, nutritional meals, to order food items and to insure all meals are ready at their scheduled time. To serve as the head cook as necessary.

Education & Experience:
Minimum of two years experience in managing cafeteria style restaurants, including planning of meals, ordering supplies, cooking, and hiring and supervision of kitchen staff.
