Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities

  • Support the Director in communication and correspondence
  • Assist with projects, research, and workload management
  • Serve the Language Technology Leadership Team
  • Handle travel arrangements, logistics, expenses, and departmental purchases

Minor Responsibilities

  • Maintain task and deadline lists
  • Carry out additional tasks as requested by the Director
  • Be prepared for occasional travel, including potential participation in the biennial Language Technology Conference

Education and Experience:

A degree is not required, but we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the skills and qualities listed above. Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus.
